Let's get one thing straight.

I stopped being a rabid fan (and avid player) of  beer pong the year I graduated from high school.  I will not get into the math, but that was a long time ago...
Maybe it was because I was never good at beer pong..  My boyfriend on the other hand is very good at sports, so beer pong is right up his alley (did i just call beer pong a sport?!), ...and inevitably he is good at it. He doesn't play often, but when he does..let's just say he does quite well.

With all this being said, I came across this shirt the other day on line.. and I'll be honest, I almost pressed the shopping cart button....

It's not worth 25.95, but I figured it was worth a blog post....

46 seconds.

That's how long it takes for me to make a 10 oz. cup of coffee.This was not always the case. But thanks to a huge surprise this past Valentines day, I now conveniently make myself a cup (or two) of coffee every morning (late morning, afternoon and evening) with little to no effort at all :)

Collect moments / not things...

Good quote right?
I like it too.

And as much as I'd like to say I follow this quote religiously, it's just not true.

See, as it turns out.. I like to collect moments AND things...

I really do like collecting moments...but I also like collecting things from those said moments.

This is why today (thanks to a lovely evening at the Queen E. Theatre), the memory box where I keep all the  things that involve my bf and I, collected one more item...

Football Free Sundays are Near!

Ironically, last night while my boyfriend was working on his Superbowl projects (some sort of fantasy football, envelope, guessing game, guy, chart thing...it was acctually very well done), I was working on a countdown clock to the big day.

It seems like both my boyfriend and I alike are counting down the days 'till kick off. Albeit for different reasons, but counting down nevertheless.

Random musings...

Everytime I walk out to my apartments underground parking lot, this is the first car I see...

I'll just leave it at that.

Annnnd...

On a completely different note,
I'm pretty sure my boyfriend is on his way to becoming the best teacher in the whole wide world.
Yeah, no big deal.

Forget I said anything...

Remember that time I said, "I never get flowers" ?

Needless to say, I stand corrected.

I'm going to let you go now.....

I'll admit it.

Sometimes I talk on the phone with my boyfriend about absolutely nothing.

I'll talk about what I ate, what I didn't eat, what I'd like to have eaten. 

When this happens I sometimes get the, 'I'm gonna let you go now...'  phrase.

Also known as the, 'You're driving me crazy, and I need to get off the phone with you asap' phrase.

But more often than not, he patiently listens to me talk about my day, feigning interest, and asking questions..

And for that I am thankful.

Who else would listen to me talk about croissants all day?
